About Us
Welcome To CSCS International
Founded in March 2003 in Mauritius, CSCS International Manning operates in Mauritius, Kenya and Madagascar, and recruits from Rwanda, Tanzania and Zimbabwe. In Kenya we are licensed by the Kenya Maritime Authority (KMA) to provide seafarer recruitment and placement services under the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (Regulation 1.4) and are ISO 9001-certified by Bureau Veritas. We recruit Ratings and Officers for LPG Carriers, Cruise Ships and Tankers, and hospitality crew for cruise lines, for principal clients including Royal Caribbean Group, Carnival and BW Epic Kosan. From Mauritius we also offer foreign seasonal jobs in Europe.
Each year we place over 200 people with our principal clients. We build a dedicated pool of ready Kenyan crew for each principal client, and run working cadet programmes with Kenyan maritime institutions including JKUAT, TUM and Mount Kenya University. Candidates never pay CSCS a fee.
The Recruitment Process

4. Pre-Screening Interview
The recruitment team will place you for a preliminary interview with one of our experts.
5. Company Endorsement
The hiring partner will endorse successful candidates to the applicable principal client.
6. Final Interview
A final interview with the principal client.

We build and develop a dedicated pool of ready Kenyan crew for each principal client, so your vessels are crewed by seafarers prepared for your fleet and your standards.
